Yoshiyaki Takagi has no playing time at Shimizu, even less than in Europe. Why not Ryo.

That's because the better Takagi has moved to Urawa

Highlights his game vs Ajax youth team.
HIs movement is good but finishing is quite bad.

Twente youth team have 3 games left until the end of the season.
Hopefully he will play in all 3 of them.

The big question is what next for him? The good things about him this season is he played consistently, although only in Youth league. In the last few games he seems to slowly gain back some confidence, dare to take some shots form outside the box.
Arsenal probably won't need him. With 1 years left on the contract and him not playing much first team football this season, It is hard for them to sell him for a substantial fee.
The problems are with him. Does he want to return to Japan, trying to get into national team and then comeback to Europe or getting loaned out to a smaller Europe team, taking risk of not playing and never get called up to national team again?

J-League is best for him. He's a 1992, he'll have another chance if he deserves so.

He missed the train in Rotterdam something like 5 years ago.
Now it's too late. He need to try something like Usami and try to reach the NT for Russia 2018.

I rewatched some of the Bolton games I saved on my hard drive at the time ... Regression hit him really hard. 19 years old he was a decent to good PL player with a lot of room for improvement, now he's in the reserves at Twente.

Dunno, things started going down hill after he spent a season injured at Wigan. One year with Arsenal reserves didn't help either but with that exception Arsenal has always tried to find places for him to play

Not like it is an amazing effort neither, they're entitled to that.

What I meant was that Arsenal was even able to secure a WP for him and to convince other premier league - not even the championship - sides to get him. He had 2 years of very high level football taste but bad luck was around the corner once in Wigan, and he only knows what happened to his game later.

Highlights of the game vs Roda JC youth team.
I was very surprise to see him score a beautiful goal, another curler from outside the box.
Good game for him, good off the ball movements.

I really hope so. Cuz if it would be then he spend more time on that page that on training... (i'm obivously exaggerating)

  22. No, not the Roda yt. Twente have their reserves play in our second league, named the Jupiler league, like the resrves/youth teams of Ajax, PSV.
