"The day I left, I said in an interview that the chapter Borussia Dortmund was not closed in my life. I wanted to fulfill my dream of playing in the Premier League. Now I am simply delighted to be back in Dortmund with this fantastic team and setup and these unique fans. BVB is like a family. I am proud that they did not forget me and that I can belong to it once more."

I don't even know how to describe this feeling of relief and happiness for him. What needed to happen has finally happened. I hope this new opportunity allows him to unleash all his potential.
    Good luck Shinji :)

Starter or benchwarmer at BVB? Now it's up to him. He have a hard task to fulfill BVB fans expectation.

    Good luck Shinji.

I am surprised that BVB fans are so fixated on him. Anyway, you guys think that Man United's lack of CL is a factor on him going to BVB?

Maybe, but that isn't the main reason.

...well, they did win the domestic double in 2011-12 while Kagawa was widely considered the best AM in Germany that season...Kicker considered him the only player at his position worthy of the label "World Class".
At this point, what reason is there to stay at United? The team sucks, Kagawa isn't playing, and there are too many players at the AM position. Duh!

Wish him luck, can't wait for him to play in Bundesliga and back to his best condition. but it might take a while. At least there is an amazing support from staff, players and fans for him.
