It's happened. I'm happy because he can pull off a "one-man salvation" with Fortuna. He can be their saviour. So, go Genki!
http://www.fortuna-duesseldorf.de/n...cle/fortuna-verpflichtet-genki-omae/index.htm 2 year and half contract (june 2015)
well, not really. It's a bit unusual to make contracts from january to january so I guess it makes sense. And, in my opinion his agent was smart to make it this way anyway, as you said.
already training Dusseldorf will play against Kiyo's team on the 9th of January. A friendly, of course.
Debuted today in a friendly against Mainz, Dusseldorf lost 3-0 he played behind Nando Rafael - which afaik is not a starter and seems to have done well http://www.fortuna-duesseldorf.de/n...derlage-im-testspiel-gegen-mainz-05/index.htm

Good, nice touches, he got the ball down on the traps, almost scored his first goal and the following corner ended up in goal. Fortuna were robbed of a draw at the end.
Nah, not that obvious. The ref called a foul, and watching the replay I must say it could well be seen as one. Soft call, yes.
It all comes down to interpretation but it's really too soft to disallow a goal, forwards and defenders are fighting all game long and those fouls are rare.
Agreed. And if u look at the shirt of the Dussel FW u can see that at one point it stands out like a sail, so clearly the Augsburg DF were just as bad if not worse than the Dussel FW. It's not the first time Manuel Gräfe have made a dubious call though, and it wouldn't surprise me if he were rotten (considering how much the odds on that match moved too). anyway, good debut for Omae, hopefully he will start next match.
Are we talking about the same scene? It looked like Schahin (Fortuna) who headed the ball to Reisinger pressed down Augsburg's DF, seemingly putting his ellbow on his shoulder. Don't remember seeing a shirt standing out, as Schahin was half meter above his counterpart... ?
Yeah, that's the scene. I saw the elbow too, but if u look again u will clearly see the shirt being held too. Do u know what reputation Gräve have in Germany? I read on a betting-forum he's not a very popular man...
I live in Germany, watch a lot & read a lot about football, but that Gräfe is not a very popular man must have slipped my attention. Not that I heard that he is popular though.
Yeah for all I know it might just be because some punters on that forum lost a lot of money cause he didn't allow this goal + some other similar incidents in the past. Apparently someone put A LOT of money on Augsburg ( and anyone who has seen Augsburg this season wouldn't in his right mind have done that) this game as the odds changed dramatically, so it's probably based on that + the somehow dubious call to disallow the goal. There are rotten eggs probably in every league in the world, and a lot of them are probably referees as well. With that I'm not necessarily saying Gräfe is, but it will atleast make people keep an eye out next time he's refereeing.
