These are also almost upon us. There are some vague mentions on the CAF website, although the draw itself showed up on the MTN version.

Anyway. Finals are in South Africa late this year. The 23 entrants will have two rounds qualification.

The "random" draws miraculously drew every nation against the closest other entrant that they aren't currently at war with - in both rounds - which is quite astounding. ;)

    Preliminary - 5-7 March + 19-21 March
    Egypt v Algeria (Egypt withdrew)
    Namibia v Angola
    Botswana v Congo DR
    Senegal v Morocco
    Gabon v Cote d'Ivoire
    Guinea v Sierra Leone
    Togo v Mali
    Ethiopia v Tanzania
    Kenya v Eritrea

    First Round - 21-23 May + 4-6 June (bolded = bye)
    Algeria v Tunisia
Namibia or Angola v Equatorial Guinea
Botswana or Congo DR v Cameroon
    Senegal or Morocco v Ghana
Gabon or Cote d'Ivoire v Nigeria
Guinea or Sierra Leone v Togo or Mali
Ethiopia or Tanzania v Kenya or Eritrea

The seven winners join the South Africans in the eight team final tournament. Top 2 to the World Cup.

You can apparently scratch Togo as well - Mali through to the first round.

I've never seen the CAF claim that their draws for the early rounds of women's competitions were random. They have been based on geography for as long as they have had competitions.

    Kenya out?

    http://www.nation.co.ke/sports/football/-/1102/873430/-/11m6deu/-/

Article is mainly about a different withdrawal, but at the end:
Assuming FKL is Kenyan, this suggests they are out.

CAF has also put out a referees list - which does include Togo's match, but no mention of Kenya's.

FKL is Football Kenya Limited - the current Kenyan governing body - so yes, looks like they are out. Should Ethiopia defeat Tanzania's Twiga Stars in the first round (as expected), they would then face Eritrea in the final qualifying round - usually when these teams are drawn against each other at club or national team level - one or both of the teams withdraws.

At the moment, 8-team finals on form looks like being

    South Africa
    Nigeria
    Ghana
Equatorial Guinea (though I think Namibia might surprise a few)
    Cameroon
    Mali
    Ethiopia (if they don't withdraw)
    Tunisia/Algeria - hard to split these 2

    Ethiopia 1-3 Tanzania

Bit of a shock here, Tanzania now look favourites to win this tie, and they should beat Eritrea in the next round to take their place in their first ever African finals.

    Gabon 1-2 Côte d'Ivoire
91st minute goal wins it for the away team.

DR Congo having visa problems on Friday - don't know if they made it to Sunday's match in Botswana:

Sunday/Monday: FIFA add full time scores for CAF qualifiers.
Tuesday: FIFA add half time scorers, but only for the games with goal times on the wikipedia page for qualification.

Later. Wikipedia adds Botswana v Congo DR goals and HT scores. Even later - FIFA adds half time score for that game.

CAF releases dates for matches on their referees list. Wikipedia has different dates. FIFA website matches wikipedia dates!!!!

FIFA relies on pretty much the same sources as ordinary Joe Public. They don't have a mechanism in place where they can phone the associations to find out the results. They have to wait until the results are released in the public domain or are e-mailed to them by third parties.
