A new Brazilian guy Rafinha joined Ulsan on loan. I heard he was at Gamba Osaka few years ago.
Anyway, maybe it is a sign that Aki is going back to Cerezo?

I don't see the connection (Gamba and Cerezo are two different teams, and Akihiro and Rafinha play different roles iirc)...
Rafinha was at Gamba this season and the last half of 2011. Scored some goals last year, but had an horrible season so far. Wasn't really remarkable.

Aki made a good assist for Lee Keun-Ho's goal. (3rd goal of the game 1:42)

Beautiful through ball that splits the defences and place the player and ball right infront of goal. GREAT Assist!

That's his normal pass from Cerezo times. I hope he'll finally start to deliver. Watching him being in a good shape is a pure joy.

Unfortunately (for Cerezo) I'm not suprised he doesn't want to leave Ulsan. He's got to much to prove and can enjoy playing with higher class team mates in Korea.

Have Korean fans and his teammates taken well to him? Quite rare for Japanese to play in the K League it seems. I think it'd be a really great sign if he can thrive and be accepted in what I assume would be a less than welcoming environment.

On Internet football community it’s OK. He is quite welcomed by Ulsan fans and K-league fans, and they generally like him because of his JNT and La-Liga background (and he is handsome ). I guess there can be some harsh chanting from opposition fans on the stadium, but I’ve never heard anything about it.

Aki and other foreign players can communicate, and apparently Aki is quite a fun guy and he gets along with his teammates well. At least an article says so.

Well.. I’m pretty sure the environment in Korea is better than what you imagine. K-league fans are not that extreme like European fans, and real world is different from the Internet where hater prevails.

    A photo of him. FUSION!!!

All of sudden Aki was out of squad for number of matches, and now it seems Aki is leaving Ulsan as Ulsan players held a farewell party for Aki. Is there any news in Japan about Aki's next destination? Aki said he will not join Cerezo, so maybe he is going back to Spain. Anyway, what a shame. He was about to shine in K-league at last.

Unfortunately it's quiet as hell. Mallorca is highly doubted unless he took express courses of Spanish (that's the reason why he left - not knowing the language... pretty disappointing, isn't it?). Probably it will be Japanese club.

Are you referring to Ulsan? He left because he couldn't talk korean? Any source?

No, I meant Mallorca. In Ulsan there are so many ex-Gamba players that it feels like he's in Japan during practices probably ;)

Then that is not true, lol. He left because it was clear that there was no space for him in the squad with the new coach. Pretty sure it was Mallorca's decision.

There was an interview with Caparros and he was asked about him. In the outline he said something like: 'He's very interesting player but there are problems with communictation. He played well under Laudrup fro who it wasn't a problem but with me it won't be like that'.

Ouch, thanks for the info. I thought at the beginning that he left as a personal decision, but now I see what you meant.
Well, that coach sucks then. :)

The guy only showing his ear took the photo and uploaded on Facebook. Maybe some of you know him (Kim Shin-Wook) as he is the giant beast who scored the first goal against Kashiwa.
