I don't know about 2013 but 2015?? (is this thing every 2 or 3 years now) would be more than doable. We will have BMO, a hopefully MLS upgraded Stade Saputo, renovated BC place, the new Stadium in Winnipeg finished, the new stadium in Hamilton finished , and possibly the rebuilt Frank Claire stadium in Ottawa finished. Plus there is still Commonwealth in Edmonton and McMahon in Calgary and Mosaic in Wheatland. That's 6 new, almost new or massively upgraded stadiums plus 3 more large stadiums in important cities. The whole country is covered except the Maritimes. Where is the stadium that they played the CFL touchdown Atlantic games. That could be used as well if games in that region are required. Having been to the gold cup games in Philadelphia I can say that there is no need for anything close to World cup/Olympic style infrastructure. This is a tournament that Canada can easily host in 5 years.
