PBP: 10/30 Pulisic: Chelsea vs ManU Cup Game

No shots on target in almost a half of football... not good at all.

 

bats realllllly struggling

 

Loses a 1v1 physical battle with lindelhof

 

CHO, Pulisic, Rashford, James - so many
Talented attackers, and all of em ranging from crap to ok right now

 

I can only listen to the game because I am at work... but one of the play-by-play announcers called CP out... saying that he started sharp and then nothing and that is why he isn't a regular starter. Kind of harsh based on what I am hearing.... definitely not his best half... but was he terrible?

 

Pulisic not really having much of an impact, entire team can say the same.

 

Typical scrappy cup game. Chelsea has seen more of the ball but United is playing smart. Even a weak United won't be leaving the gaping holes Burnley left.

 

pulisic wasn't great but BHO and Bats were worse.

 

So what would you do at half or 60'? Abraham for Bats? Mount for Gilmour?

 

I think Mount for Gilmour would give more return than Abraham for Bats.

 

Chelsea fans mad at Bats right now. I wouldn't be surprised to see Tammy come in fairly early in the second.

 

That's what I'd do..Out of all 3 attackers, Bats has been the worst...CP and Adoi has had no impact.

Still Alonso was the big culprit for a bad pass and fouling for a penalty.

 

good cross in from pulisic on the corner but nobody can get a head to it.

come on pulisic, gotta be better. game opening up thankfully.

 

CP has no power in his shot...everything is weak and on the ground...Need to add some boom into his shot.

 

they need to chain him to the squat rack in the offseason.
