Pulisic is basically their CAM the last few minutes it appears. Moving centrally quite often.

Half 1-0 BVB. Solid half from CP, not great tho.

Dortmund is playing better than Bayern these days.

I would have assumed Sancho on at 60 minutes for someone, but BVB may have to be more protective if Piszczek can't return. Seems like he can, but TBD.

Thought Pulisic started slowly but worked his way into the game pretty well. Hope he comes out flying for the second half.

Dortmund look good. Much more physical team they have now. Less flair but more muscle and hustle.

Really good play from Pulisic in the final 10 mins of the first half but his passing needs to be better.

playing one of the best teams in the world and had a legit goal chance just miss and a perfect corner played in that should have easily been a goal. good half for him imo

Pretty much, and he’s been solid and a willing defender. His close control does seem a bit off compared to his usual high standard.

BVB on the back heel to start, not exactly covering themselves in glory with these clearances.

A solid have, but definitely not excellent. He has been working hard on defense, like Reus, which is key in this game. He has been very aggressive on his runs, to the point of being off balance, but I think it is okay. You aren't going to get anything at 90% speed in this game. His one shot was good in a tough position, obviously a goal is better. And everyone would have loved DAZ to bank that header. The game has been about even, but as it went on AM had to foul more and more. Hopefully their yellow card tally influences their subs away from the optimal attacking subs.

Much better from Atletico... this is basically what I expected in the 1st half. Simeone must have given them quite a talking to...

BVB should just park the bus right? A tie is fine here. Just don't give Atletico the three points.

Piszczek is a weak leak IMO. Handcuffs CP a bit playing on the same side.

With how bad the rest of the group is, a loss is probably fine too.

Well I dunno about a "bus" but they should for sure play on the counter! Which they seem to be doing.

I thought Pizzczek had been on the bench the last couple of games.
