    Jones gets the start today. Had an assist on the only goal of the first half, physically holding off a defender and volleying a ball across the face of goal to be finished. Playing as one of the strikers in a 5-3-2 as they try to further distance themselves from their last place opponent.

    Off in the 74th. Other than the great assist, this match has been pretty dismal, and they're being outplayed by a team with 0 wins all season and tied 1-1. Jones could have had another assist that was flubbed by Medved, but he tired early and I didn't like his attacking dribbling efforts. This league ain't grea.

    Game-winning assist for Jones on the final play of the match! Gets down the left wing with no help outrunning a CB, beats a defender to the end line, and his cutback to the penalty spot is excellent. One touch finish from Fabis almost heroically kept out of the net by a hustling defender, but no such luck. Great end to the day for Jones.
