http://mlsnet.com/multimedia/pepsi/index.php already winning, lets keep it that way And damn it was a nice goal. both my fiancee and i said "man, it would be really exciting to SEE the game" as we checked for periodic updates on MLSNet's match tracker.
Dudes! 11:20 p.m. and Run DMB is at 42%, with Zizi having only a measley 28%. Where are our ballot box stuffers when we need them?
Vote Quick!!! Come On, Everybody. ZiZi's goal was most excellent. Boosely's was good but not great. We can't let those Fire fans outvote us!!!!! Vote!!!!!
Nice goal but he brought the ball down with his hand, that was a clear hand ball. I don't know what the ref was looking at but that was a clear hand ball.
Did he bring the ball down in the same way Armas did in his own penalty box??? Perhaps you should tell me what the Ref was looking at Troll... I went in and pimped Beasley... ZiZi at 44% to DaMarcus' 28%
Unfortunately I cannot figure out how to vote multiple times ( a la those Denver Donkeys); Zizi's still up as of 9am today 44% to DaWeightless's 28%. Voting I believe ends around noon eastern time on Friday? But I may be wrong.
dude you already won the game, what's with the sour grapes? it was a great goal and what you see is a "clear hand ball" was nothing more than him raising his arm. it was nowhere near the ball. he didn't touch the ball with his arm or his hand.
I'm not sour all I'm saying is look at the replay he played the ball with his hand. The ball changed directions once it get by his hand just relaxe I said it was a nice goal.
Voted.... Zizi now up 44% to 29% over DMB... Man, I hope that guy goes to Europe, he absolutely eats us for lunch every game.
I looked at the replay several times and did not see the ball change direction. Granted, the camera angle was wider than most games because of the HDTV broadcast, but I did not see evidence of a handball. Besides, the assistant ref was a lot closer than the TV to Zizi, and he didn't see anything wrong. And the Chicago back line didn't seem to complain, either.
If ZIZI doesn't win goal of the week then this whole "goal of the week" voting thing is hogwash. I don't really like the internet voting idea because it is possible to vote multiple times also fans from DC or LA have a larger voice and may tend to vote for their player rather than the legitimate goal of the week.
As a Broncos fan apparently did in this contest by casting over 70,000 votes: http://espn.go.com/page2/s/hruby/031021.html
