After getting booted on the thigh Ziege (and sent off) against Charlton, Ziege phoned the doctor after his leg ballooned to twice it's size when he was at home. At the hospital the surgeon cut a 10 inch incision to drain off the excess blood. A clot had developed and blocked an artery. Hodd said "If Ziege had left it 2 more hours he would've lost the limb." Ziege faces 12 weeks on the sidelines.

    Get well soon Ziege!

On the bright side, Etherington will be back in a week and should slot in straight away!

Ziege is a HUGE loss!!!!!! I think he may have been the second best Spur this season behind Davies (and a very close second)

As someone who's got leg problems of his own, I feel badly for Ziege. I hope he gets better soon and is back out there raring to go in three months' time.
