"Ten years on, Zambian soccer has failed to recover from the loss and the families of those who died say they are still waiting for adequate compensation and the publication of a government report into the crash." http://sports.yahoo.com/sow/news?slug=reu-zambia_sports_feature_pictur&prov=reuters&type=lgns I can't believe it has already been a decade since the plane crash. This is some thing I will never forget, and I feel for the families.
The crash was certainly a tragic loss for Zambian and African football and quite obviously especially for the families. I do understand the government's difficulty in that they have not a lot of money, falling copper prices and a gigantic HIV-AIDS crisis to deal with.
