I know this guy is pretty young and plays for Liverpool's reserves. Is he cap-tied to the USA, England, or neither? I know there was some speculation about this earlier.
Neither at this time. Rongen wants him for the U-20 team but wants him to be available for training and Liverpool is apparently being difficult. Maybe he's being a bit "coy" as well... I guess we'll have to wait and see.
