Midfielder Zach Kingsley, who suffered a sprained left ankle during a recent practice, participated in drills on the sideline during Monday's practice. "Right now it's just a matter of him moving like an athlete again with confidence," Rapids coach Tim Hankinson said. "Cutting (and doing) little drills to get his feet back on the ball.
