    Harry acknowledges that Yun exists:

YSY needs to immediately put in a transfer request. This is the true nature of the buffoon he is playing under. He probably makes the same type of "banter" about YSY in private as Mackay did and laughs about burying YSY on the bench. This is the same prick who refused to let him go to Paju only for him to not use YSY in the final match.

I get what he's saying.. this goes back to the donald sterling fiasco. Most people would be guilty of some form of homophobia, sexism, and racism in their texts, emails, etc if someone were to scour for something malicious. Totally not cool what mackay did and it was dumb to "banter" like that on work phone and email but i feel a bit hypocritical to put them on full blast while toting my pitchfork.

Yun should request to get outta there just for the footballing reasons but i doubt there's any decent interest from the market. I think going back to the k-league wouldn't be a bad idea for him..

Meh, if you're comfortable saying it in private, then you should own up to it and be comfortable when you say it in public. I don't really care what his excuses were, but that sort of behavior from a public individual in a diverse and multi-ethnic market is unacceptable.

Of course, this shit happens all the time, but don't be surprised if shit hits the fan when you're caught.

I don't. In the workplace, it's about merit for me - for the team that I manage, I only care about work product, proficiency, professionalism and dedication from the people I manage and work with.

He's in a position to lead and manage others. If that's how he thinks and expresses himself in his job, then that's damning. He deserves what he's being dished out right now.

Theres off color humor and then there's what was on there and the claims from the former Cardiff player as well which go way beyond anything I would find acceptable for my boss or subordinates.

I think Yun's too good for them to let go but not good enough to start which is a bad place to be. Hopefully he gets a loan out for minutes.

For those that are better informed on the business end of things....does his agent do anything for him in these circumstances or is this purely a matter of player communicating with the mgt?

Every situation is different but I'd suspect he'd let his agent do the talking because Harry loves agents.

This is a well-established figure in the football community who's attempting to give Mackay a reprieve because....he's not a rapist. That's ridiculous.

3 in the back with Caulker, Rio, and Dunne (two players who can barely move)
