It's just quite weird that none of the media, even with those covering half-baked rumours hasn't yet mentioned it. Also, there hasn't been any word from Doncaster Rovers about the deal. The only source the Korean media quotes is 'an expert in European transfer market'. We'll see if there is any press release from Doncaster this evening.

yup, so even if he does move to Doncaster.. he won't be first choice.
at least Dickov is looking for multiple LBs

No, though mostly due to Gooch being injury prone and not getting games at his club.

If Gooch does get a good run of games and be in decent form, he'll get a shot at making US WC squad. US first choice pair at Omar Gonzalez and Matt Besler, while decent CBs, but aren't top level quality. Not that Gooch is any better, but US does need help at CB. (and which makes it more laughable how bad Mexico is, when US is the best team in CONCACAF by far)

umm, based on doncaster twitter.. they imploded in the last 10 mins. of the game.
they tied the game around 80th min & but fell apart by conceding two soft goals.

I meant the commentary. I.e. was goodwin referring to heckling for a bad performance in general or at yun specifically. Because both goals were off set pieces where I'm not sure what YSY would have gotten blame for (e.g. corner and a FK goal)

he led the team in touches by far with 82.
    76% pass accuracy.
    50% aerial duels won.

yea, i guess we will find out through match report. both were considered soft goals & YSY hasn't been stellar defender in set-piece situation lately.

edit: from BBC ticker... 3rd goal can't be YSY's fault
