Besides Pynadath, we also have John "Xuxuh" Hilton ('01) associated with Ajax but not playing for them due to passport issues.
Based on his Yanks Abroad thread, '99 Jose Alfaro of Morelia plays left wing and left back. He's played left back in previous YNT call-ups, but he played midfield (based on Soccer America's lineups) for the U-18s in the recent trip to Argentina. Fellow '99 Angel Uribe of Tijuana played centerback in all three games on the same trip. That's all the help I can offer on the defenders. Great work as always. Glad to find out that Kasha Wallace found a spot at Birmingham City.
New (to me, anyway) '97 in Mexico w/Atlas: http://forums.bigsoccer.com/threads/giansebastian-goicochea-in-mexico.2030562/
SKC can recall EPB whenever they want. Lets hope they don't want to. We get an update from @ErikBrown14 about his time on loan with @FCPorto And I confirm he can be recalled from loan.https://t.co/NoVnA1sd1i— Chad Smith (@PlayFor90) April 1, 2016
Pulisic was excellent today. His best game for the Dortmund first team. He was the best player on the field the 11-12 minutes he was in the game. Won the corner that led to the winning goal, and probably had the most touches and chances created while he was on the field.
Reading a Porto forum, it seems like EPB had another terrific game. Here were some of the comments during the match from the fans. http://www.fcporto.ws/index.php?topic=18191.0 Comment 1: The American does not give chances! Comment 2: That quality has this Erick Palmer Brown.Very good central.technical quality, positioning, tackling, physical ... I want to see it in final at FC Porto and do the pre-season with the first team. Comment 3: Palmer Brown shows quality ... Comment 4: Vixe maria ... this Palmer-Brown ... that monster can be here Comment 5: 18 who has the Palmer Brown.18 years! That talent, if not buy definitely worth more to end it Comment 6: What animal palmer brown ... apparently it is adapting very well here ... and yet ... Comment 7: Another fantastic trip Erick.
Kyle Gruno started again yesterday for Leicester U18s. They best Derby County 5-3. 716381382784729090 is not a valid tweet id
Gruno should be able to play in the Youth CL (or whatever its called) next year with Leicester having secured a UCL spot. I think he's about a year away from getting big praise as he's very unlikely to play a cycle up on the U-20 team with the depth at CB that the U-20 team has, but he could be one of the best players for the next U-20 cycle, which should begin in 14, 15, 16 months. Gruno is another player who suffered during that U-17 cycle because of Richie Williams being the coach. He was a year younger than most of the team, but he probably deserved an actual chance to make the team.
If Kyle makes the step up to the Leicester U21s in the next year or so, then we'll probably take a look at him. You never know who'll be available for WCQing in 2017, so we gotta keep widening the pool. I suspect that at least one of CCV, EPB, and Barbir won't be available. [CCV being the most likely.] I've seen very little of Gruno play with my own eyes, so I don't know how he stacks up to the rest of the pool.
Abuchi Obinwa, who missed most of the fall with an injury, returned to action for Hannover U19 and made two appearances in February. He showed up on the bench once in early March, then nothing. Not sure if he's injured again.
Sidney Friede scored in Hertha's U19 1-0 win over Cottbus yesterday. The 17 y/o now has 8 goals & 4 assists from central midfield in 25 apps— Nats Abroad (@Nats_Abroad) April 4, 2016
@Dave Marino-Nachison, know anything about Markos Iturbe? Recent U19 call up Ander Egiluz played 74' for Bilbao's U18 in a 7-2 win on Saturday. Ohio-born Markos Iturbe was an unused sub.— Nats Abroad (@Nats_Abroad) April 4, 2016
Not particularly. He does have a YA thread, but since he's young and hasn't been in recent YNTs I suppose there hasn't been much to say. http://forums.bigsoccer.com/threads/markos-marenco-iturbe-at-athletic-bilbao.1994292/
Ralph Akale, father of Mukwelle and Masango, informed that Masango ('02) trained with Villarreal's '01 side this past week. He said a move is not in the cards as of now as Sango is too young and Ralph is unable to move at the moment but one to keep an eye on. Giggsy's got a thread going: http://forums.bigsoccer.com/threads/sango-akale-at-villareal.2030700/#post-33826422

I hope he plays about 80 games for their U-19 quad in the next year.... he needs it to get caught back up.
