This is a topic that's interested me recently. How are they bringing up the lads in Scotland. We know that club wise the SFPL is hampered by low costs, like Holland, Belgium, Switzerland and Iceland. Yet all four of those countries have punched above their rate and made massive strides in the international game. Why cant Scotland? (Man imagine England having to look over the shoulder past The Mairches for their main rival as opposed to pretending Germany care about them LOL)
