I certainly wouldn't say I support any team in another country, but there are a few teams that I look out for (and I think I've jinxed them all).

Czech Republic - Bohemians Prague. I just remember seeing them on TV nearly 20 years ago and rather than having the bleak open bowl type stadium every east european team seemed to have, their ground looked like it was shoe-horned into a space about the size of a broom cupboard.
I've been to 'The Dimple' as the ground is fantastically named, but never seen a game. After losing their main sponsor, they are now languishing in the second tier of the Czech league.

Rayo Vallecano. Real underdogs struggling for support with the Madrid giants Real & Atletico. Have since been relegated.

Pisa. Always seemed to take it turns with Ascoli to come last in Serie A in the 80s. When fledgling satellite station BSB covered Serie A live for the first time I was able to see their games (or the goals from them at least). In that season Pisa not only went down, as expected, but as were thrashed 4-0 home and away in their local derbies v Fiorentina. They also then went bankrupt.

Whenever the local (Dutch) club over here has a game that doesn't require owning a clubcard, I'll go see them, but that doesn't happen as much as in the past because they managed to promote to the top division this season, and you pretty much need to have a clubcard for every ADO Den Haag game now (damn you KNVB, damn you hard) So I guess that's my favourite club in Holland.
