    This season, 2012-2013, may be the best for many years to come in terms of the opportunities it will provide for young Italian players to get first-team action. Here are a selection of some of the players who we may see week in and week out:

    Mattia Destro
    Lorenzo Insigne
    Mattia Perin
    Ciro Immobile

    Which players will you most closely be tracking this year?

    Serie A may be in bad shape, but I believe we're seeing something of a golden generation coming up through the ranks!
