That's not really hard to do.

 

Dude showed up to the biggest club in the world and absolutely balled out in his first season.

Just doesn’t have the mentality or discipline/consistency to keep up that kind of work.

 

Yea.. You just need to turn up to surpass Hazard level if achievement..

 

I never rated James as highly as some of the people here but I thought he was very good for Everton when he played, guess Rafa has an issue with his attitude?

James was everton’s best player last season despite his bad habits

Dumb for Rafa to kick him out really, but Rafa likes runners more than talented players

 

Milan would be a good club for James. Everton is below his level tbh.

It is what it is now, the market has been hyper inflated ever since PSG spent 220m on Neymar, a fee that is over two times Grealish's fee and 5 years ago.

Nah that was just PSG unlocking the buyout clause.

Grealish is literally English tax. Look at Maguire's fee last summer and the rumoured Maddison fee.

 

The 100m was also Grealish's release clause, he had one embedded in his contract when he signed a new deal just over a year ago.

Maguire's deal was stupid, Grealish was only 20m more, and is significantly better than Maguire.
