If I'm in Leeds, i'll refer to Leeds as united, but not when I'm in somplace like London, or on a public message board. Salford United have taken a good name and made it dirty. You know you were basicly touting United to mean Salford United when you made the original post.....
No, I'm keeping this thread up as an example why thirteen year olds shouldn't be allowed on BS. BTW dkps_2000, I've never heard a true West Ham fan refer to their team as United, even though it's in the name.
And i for one---who spent many a time either runing away from or at you lot---will second that. Pikeys--Irons---Hammers....never United.
