    Nice analysis!

I agree with Luksarus, Zubak did well in USL last season, and looked a step ahead most of the team along with Efrain.
Hopefully he’s been training with the first team.

Keita loaned from Columbus to Richmond. Hopefully he gets games. Columbus is loaded at CB so it was always going to be hard for him to get minutes.

Mihailovic starts for Chicago, Acosta starts for Orlando.

I’m not watching the game. I didn’t know, nor do I particularly care.

For those not aware, the FCD versus LAG game with the chance of seeing a ton of youngsters (Cannon, Pomykal, Servania, Cerrillo, Ferreira, Alvarez, Zubak, Ceullo) is on Univision right now. Egads!!!

From what I'm seeing, Pax needs to do more, and be more proactive in getting to the offensive third. He's too content to play a one-touch pass back to another player and let them try to create, when he should be dribbling more and making more incisive passes. I don't like the role he's playing for Dallas either. Sometimes he drops back and is practically playing right back or left back, when in my opinion he's pretty obviously a 10.

Dallas is playing a 4-3-3 without that kind of #10.
He's doing fine as a #8. Playing a lot better than when he got a starting chance last season. He's really active, covering a lot of ground, putting out a lot of Galaxy fires. When Hollingshead has bombed forward, Paxton has covered for him at the back. That's good tactical awareness. You're right that he needs to make more incisive runs and passes. It'll come. Who had a better half? Pomykal or Sebastian Lletget?

Oh man, Reggie Cannon looked like he was in a ton of pain there. Held my breath. Looks like he's coming back on. Whew! I thought that might be serious when it first happened.

Gotta see Jesus Ferreira in the 2nd half. Badji is already driving me mad. Can also see one of Servania and Cerrillo making their debut here………………...

Not saying he played bad. He never really lost the ball, made a lot of recoveries, and cycled possession. He can do more, though. I don't like seeing Pax having the same average position on the field as Carlos Gruezo.

Looking forward to Ferreira. This feels like a game that could easily have a goal in it for him. Hopefully for you, that comes before Efra scores 3.

This is the most creative and aggressive I've seen him in about 5 games so far this campaign. Still been mediocre in that department. He's played decently overall.

Paxi assist on that second goal...………………!!! :)

By the way, for those not watching...……….Reggie Cannon did have to come off at halftime. Didn't look particularly good.

Efrain Alvarez also on for the Galaxy at minute 60 or so for a bloody Sebastian Lletget.

Pax is feeling it now. What he just did at 70:30 is bringing me back to his days running the show with the U18s.

Yeah, a lot more aggression, and adventurous passing this half for Pax, building on his best half since the start of preseason.

    Don't hurt yourself over there.

Also, Zelalem to SKC is a done deal. Hope he breaks through with them.

Yup. Yup :) Aranguiz is now coming on for Barrios. That means we're going to get a full 90 minutes from Paxton.

Fun game. Pax turned it on in the second half and was great to watch. Debuts for Zubak and Cerillo along with Efra almost scoring a great goal at the end make it the best game for this thread this year so far. It's only taint was Cannon going down.
