someone on EBAY is selling a "New" third jersey to be brought out this summer. Its white with horizontal lines. Has a rugby look about it. Anyone heard about another jersey added to the line?

    That's probably the 1999 (I think) alternate.

I know a kid who has it. It kinda looks like the 1996-1998 US Nats jersey.

Well, the West Coast is a big place. But you can get jerseys from the following on-line retailers:

    www.kitbag.com
    www.subside.co.uk
    www.manutd.com

Don't know if the BigSoccer store carries youth sizes though....

I don't have a picture, however it looks like the blue shirt from 1999-2000. That shirt was blue with white horizontal stripes.

Hmm, interesting indeed. I'm not saying this one is fake, but I remember around this time last year, I did spot many fake shirts with various designs (mostly made-up) selling in eBay. But it's also true that almost all of them are sold from Thailand, and all of them say "Made in U.K." (one has to wonder if it's actually smart or just plain idiotic to do this).

But anyway, assuming this shirt is real, then it seems like the current blue kit will become the away kit next season. First of all, we're not going to have a white away kit and a white 3rd kit. And there are signs that the current away kit will not be used next season (just go to store.manutd.com and see which shirt is on sale big time now). I guess we'll find out when summer comes. Finally, it'll take some time to get used to the red Vodafone logo though. As of now I don't like it that much.

The Megastore in Manchester has the Expiration of both the white kit and blue kit listed as this summer. Either we don't have a third kit next year(yeah right) or the new third kit has yet to be leaked (made available from Thailand, etc.)

However, the early designs available last summer on eBay were close in some cases, but not completely correct...

the decription says that it is an authentic PRE-RELEASE SAMPLE jersey ,, not a player version.

There are low quality replicas everywhere on eBay. To get a good quality shirt, you'll pay at least $50 though. Unless you get lucky... or they are on sale.

Shame on you! You don't deserve to wear the Manchester United jersey, trying to steal from the club.

Okay, to be fair to you, if you don't already know, Manchester United jerseys are NOT made in Thailand and if you do get one from Thailand (like from eBay or something), then it's fake.

Bottom line: no you cannot get a manutd jersey for under $30.

Sorry for sounding harsh, but I just absolutely hate people who call themselves a fan but can't spend the 50 or whatever amount of money (which I'm sure they can afford, but just don't want to) to buy a shirt to support the club. Okay, if you REALLY don't have the money, then don't buy the jersey! There's plenty of things you can do for free to show that you're a Manchester United supporter. Getting a fake shirt is not.

where did u get the idea that i would wear a fake jersey?? and yes there are authentic jerseys on ebay NEW and unused( so dont start on " how could u wear a used man utd jersey?') which are less than 9 $$,, i agree that wearing the kit is not the only way to support the team,, but some people are different.

I fully agree with the above the statement by adding, "To each their own." I bought my own kit's (I have a home and third jersey) from the megastore as a X-mas present to myself, due to size requirements. I have also bought a infant kit for my unborn child. Got to start them young.

Since I cannot wear the kit all the time, I show my true colors on my vehicle. I have the crest proudly shown on my vehicle. Will have to provide picture, so you all can see.
