Think about this: Coach might really like him and be down on some of the other players and he wants to test the other players in match situations to see if his dislike is unfounded in a match scenario or not.

Beyond bleak. I struggle to comprehend how dire things are. The tactics are regressive in a way that is infuriating to watch, especially coming on the heels of what we all got to see for the past few years. No one’s talent is being maximized. Abou Ali might never play here again. The defense is old and rotten and as soon as they play a team with half a pulse they might as well just give them 3 goals before kickoff to save everyone the time and trouble.

Other than all that though it’s a point gained and onward and upward!

 

Orlando is a Wooden Spoon contender. The summer window is three months away. This isn't the time to test out players. It's an all gas no breaks go for the win situation. If Rydström doesn't understand the difference, he's not going to last long here.

I expect them to beat a team at home that they are supposed to beat. This is the big leagues, not Crew 2. They don't give out awards for best player development up here. This team deserves no credit after getting dominated in the first half at home again by a team that's so awful that their coach quit on them.

Yes, in a game in which you're desperate to score a goal, you sub on every potential goal scorer you have. Instead, we spent our last two subs on Daniel Gazdag and Sekou Bangoura. There are only two ways to interpret that:

1) Rydström doesn't know what he's doing and/or doesn't value winning
2) Rydström thinks Gazdag and Bangoura offer a better chance to score goals

Rydström looks like he's in over his head but he isn't an idiot. Hence, I can only infer it's door #2.

Again, that’s not what I said.

Bez was given the final two names on ISSA’S list and was asked his opinion on them. Feel free to criticize Rydström (and mainly Issa), but you can’t draw Bez into this.
