Good move, bonafide top attackers are valuable. As for how will our many attackers play together, to me, the season is long and not all our players are young and consistently firing.

 

What's going to happen with Suarez? Is Philippe leaving this summer or are we going to allow him to prove himself next season? Too much firepower for a bench.

Well, they could play together from time to time. I mean, if we need a goal and are having trouble getting past a parked bus. Whether they will combine to make Barca super dangerous in attack is another story, of course.

Yeah maybe he likes a media show, but it's not like footballers don't sometimes be a little foolish, and many have done way dumber stuff. Good, good player. Can't wait to see the L clown hop celebration in Bernabeu.

Don't get me wrong. I hope he helps Barca win silverware and I won't be like others and say anything negative about him if he doesn't live up to whatever expectations people have of him.
I just echo @celito 's sentiment of signing a player who basically embarrassed the club last summer. The #7 shirt was saved for him and he goes and pulls the rug out from under. Left a bitter taste.
But he's he's been signed now so welcome aboard.

Where have you heard this? I too think we need an upgrade over what Suarez provided last season, but I do think there's a difference between him wanting to leave and being forced to leave.

The difference? Messi.

Like we all know, Suarez is probably Messi's closest friend in the squad since he's been a first team player. If Suarez does in fact want to leave, then fine. But if he feels forced to leave, I do worry how Messi will react to that.

This club is getting more and more pathetic by the minute under Bartomeu. How can they sign players who have ridiculed Barca publicly? For these insane amounts? Especially with a clueless coach like Valverde.
