For someone who didn't get to see this game, these pictures paint a lot of vivid images. Great photos guys, as always, but I think this batch is probably been one your best in my opinion. This was my favorite one below (permission to post Scott/Andy? ). This reminds me of going to my first game as a kid (though this may not be his first game per say), but it evokes those memories, or the Nick Hornsby experience of going to his first game.
You know, I was thinking about this kid as well, and can't imagine what measure of imprint the match had to have on him. The quality of the soccer, the intensity of play... the atmosphere, and a dramatic victory; that kid will forever be a United supporter, but probably has been since birth. The Magpie
