    No recent word on the flag kit. I had thought we'd convinced adidas to make one, but they didn't show it at the unveiling.

    Fire third or special event shirts have never been released at the time of the others, last year and 2004 included.

    This has got to be a favorite of mine from your set, Andy.

    Was he simply a guest speaker? And did he play futbol as a kid?

    As you can see by the plaque, he was being made an "honorary all-american" by the coaches association (or whatever it is)--they were having a convention, too. He played soccer at college (William and Mary, I think).

    it's a nice way to get someone like him a bit more involved in the game and to make the event more special




    anyone know if he is on a booster seat?
