Wow, my first appearance on Andy's photo thread. I'm the Black guy with the glasses in Sam's Army. See you at the Orange Bowl on 2/8
I met up with some of the "batfans". They left their large Mutiny banner in the stands after the game. I did, however, see someone else folding it up as I was leaving the stadium. I have to say that I was really impressed with Lockhart. Sure it was a bit rundown, but I can't believe that they couldn't make it work. Sigh.

Andy, You spoke to me, and we left the drum, horns, and banner at the stadium. If the banner makes it's way back to me, fine. If not, no loss. Did you tell your boy Chris Murphy to kiss my ass for his comment, "One fan in Tampa was reported to be angry but she soon got over it?" That's quite a comment, especially considering that your publication is KC based. Ron Collins www.mutinyfans.com
Ron, It was great meeting you. Chris is around here somewhere, and I'm sure he'll defend himself. He's a Dallas Burn fan, so he's got his own problems. The publication is based in Durham, North Carolina - and espouses no MLS allegiance. Each writer is allowed, encouraged even, to wear their sympathies and prejudices on their sleeves. I'll see you in three weeks!
Nice work once again Andy. Were the U20s introduced at halftime or something? Given the competition maybe they should have suited up for the second half.
looks like it.....appears as if hes talking to fernando clavijo - his coach with the revs for a little while
Andy, Great pictures, our group was also in the Sam's Army section and made your photo collection. We had a group of 28 and had the kids blowing the horns. Once the Mutiny drummer left in the second half the boys did a great job of getting the chants going. Great stuff as always, thanks. Jim
