    Yea, great stuff. Enjoyed it.

My only MINOR complaint: I was looking for some pics of the 1500 fans crowded into the small room, to get a feeling of the "atmosphere".

    But I can't have everything...

    Again, well done.

Too damn dark, and my main camera didn't have a flash unit. The last four shots of mine were taken with my cheap point and shoot.

The room was packed until the Wizards traded the 13th pick, then the air - and half the crowd - left.

    ????

How could you tell? The pictures were shot from the waist up....

By the way, what's up with Alecko's haircut? He looks like a Gregarian monk.

The photos were full stage, the web images are cropped for detail.

You can compare relative heights in my photos by how far up the players measure against both Don Garber and the logos on the backdrop.

Was Big Dave there to provide analysis for the local KC station, or was it the lucky few who were able to log onto matchnight that heard his comments?

It was local KC MetroSports - and piped into the room, usually on the big screen left of the stage - that's why many of the shots of the coaches have them looking up - they're watching the broadcast.

They didn't draft anyone in attendance.
If you look at the last photo in the draft collection, you'll see Josh Wolff holding up a Wizards kit.

The odd thing - It's not the new kit, but it does have the new numbers (with MLS logo) on it.

Over in the NSCAA convention exhibit hall, the MLS booth did have one of the new Wizards' home jerseys hung up. I didn't, however, take any photos.

    Teal Scarf

Anyone notice how the scarf hasn't been updated yet and is still the color Teal.

I wonder if they will be selling the new color scarf once the season starts?
