Bunch of taxistas doing Colombian things. Embarrassing for yaser, his family , our country, and playing with the career of one our biggest prospects. Damn Shame . I hope a decent agency in Europe picks him up .

I don't know how good his english is. I know that Duran is fluent but not so sure about Yaser. Still he should get an english agent who is used to EPL and deals like this. Yaser just seems like a shy kid unfortunately taken advantage of by this scum and opportunists.

We need our federation with the national team to give these guys education on how to protect yourself against scummy agents while they are in the youth teams. Having such shitty representation of so many of our players is really hurting us over and over. Clubs don't want to deal with this shit and these kids have no idea what they're doing, the only body that can help is the federation but good luck with those clowns, they probably the one's pushing shitty managers and agents on our players.

Calvo Velez seems to have details on how it went down with Herrera. He starts talking about it a few minutes into the clip.

What a sleazy p.o.s Herrera seems to be.

Yaser is really totally nuts signing contracts for 5-6 years with these clowns. And with several at the same time.
Still he's going to lose more respecting these contracts than to sign for a new team and violate them.

He should get a deal, and pay them off later if he has to. Get a good lawyer reach a settlement.

Idk how it works in soccer, but in other sports athletes can fire their agent. I wish he could just fire this dude and move on

I don't either. But as I understand it he and his family may get in trouble in Colombia in a civil suit.

But internationally he doesn't break any rules since FIFA only allows 2 year contracts. So if he gets in trouble it will only be in Colombia.

Wow. Appears that Herrera literally convinced Yaser to let the clock run out on Rennes...

You really have to hope another team comes in because blowing the kids move over commissions is nuts.

Why is Asprilla helping this idiot at his own expense?

I wonder if the last minute commission hike is about giving Asprilla's prior agents a cut and if Yaser being a kid and afraid of legal stuff went along with it.

I just can't imagine why he would allow this to go on much less pose for those ridiculous photos on the PJ... No matter what happens now he has lost preseason time with whoever he will play with this season and may lose out on playing top flight.

Don't think Yaser would be that stupid to turn down the offer. It's probably his agents decision.
Well he has 2 more weeks to find a team until the window closes. But things are slow on the market not only with our players. Liverpool hasn't bought a single player for instance.

Porto pretty much out. AVB - who coached James, Guarin and Falcao at Porto - was pretty clear in his press conference, his scouts love Yaser but he doesn't believe that the team can satisfy Watford's demands and basically sent message that it's not happening.

looks like they started the season strong with 2 wins so they're not so desperate.

25 million isnt a joke for any team. That was more than Inter Milans whole transfer budget. He pretty much priced out of every league other than the EPL(no teams want him there). His club isnt going to accept a loan and 12 more days in the market. Him not playing lowers his price.

So his team has to be super super pissed at this point. What would he be like a top 5 all time Colombian sale at 25m? (not including Jackson, Falcao, James different transfers)

    1. James - 80m to real
    2. Falcao - 60m to Monaco?
    3. Jackson was like 40m to Atletico then 40m+ to China
    4. Davison think was 40m to Tottenham

    5. Bacca? his move from Sevilla to Milan was big I think. or Cuadrado think his move to Chelsea or Juve was 30m

I think Lerma was up there no? What about Cuadrado?
And hypothetically Duran will eventually be up there.

thats what I am saying people who think its not a lot of money. He basically priced out of every single league minus the top 2-3 teams which will not use him or need him.

He is put there with our top 5-7 transfers/players of all time and has done pretty much nothing in his career. You could buy half the teams in the Colombian league and hope you get the guy who went to Hellas Verona every 2 seasons. For that type of money.

I under stand the potential argument. But his price is insane. Our best hope is some EPL team gets an injury and panic buys him. Or he going to spend another year in 2nd division

    now potential

Will he be better than Bacca(started at Sevilla when it was actually a good team and at AC Milan, if he wasnt badly disciplined while younger he would have made the jump earlier and had an even better career) or Cuadrado(started at Juve for how many seasons? Started at Fiorentina for how long..... I hate the guy for diving so much but hats off too him) ?

If this really happens, it was a total win-win scenario. Because the failed transfer to Rennes opened up for Gomez to go there. Otherwise he'd probably would have stayed in MLS for another season at least.
I think Rennes is going to be top 3 this season. They've spent a lot and thrashed Lyon 3-0 in their first game without even using most of their new signings. So both teams are good I think.

Sigh. So now they are backtracking the "done deal" and all of a sudden there are "complicated negotiations"+ Leicester rumors come back.

I've really had it with all these fake news and celebrating ahead of time.
