I have no idea if any Brits float this forum or not, but McBride and Bocanegra both played in the US friendly yesterday against Poland. Bocanegra looked great. Would have been my MOTM. He played very solid defense and had a commanding presence in the air, clearing away many crosses. After looking dangerous with his head on many corners, he netted the equilizer in the 88th minute. He skied to get the header and pounded it down and home. He looks like he is in very good fitness! McBride looked so-so. He did not have many chances. He also missed a PK, or I should say had it blocked. He did make a few very wise and creative passes to free up others running forward. I wish them both, and Fulham good luck this season!
