I agree and that this is why some players do and don't look good for national teams. Players that adjust quicker look better than better players that need more time to gel with teammates.
Some YA action today. Sands and St Pauli playing Stuttgart, currently 0-0 22nd minute. Tanner and Lyon are playing Angers, five minutes in 0-0. League leading Middlesbrough and Morris are playing promotion contenders WBA.
Hey, friend! You'll find the goal starting at 6:10 in this video! I haven't watched the whole thing, but Tessmann also had a good chance from the top of the circle in the first half that he sliced just a little too much with the outside of the left boot. That one starts at 3:35.
From the local rag Aidan Morris - 7 Another really positive all-action display from the USA midfielder. His energy and tenacity in the middle of the park ensures Boro control games like this one.
had a yank off in italy today with Klinsmann Jr's Cesena vs Busio and Venezia. Busio won the battle by converting a penalty, but lost the war. Venezia ended up losing 2-1 to Cesena who are continuing to have a strong start to the season. Leeds just cant quit Brendan Aaronson, who is starting and doing his part in dismantling wolves 3-1 at the half. I reckon Wolves will be calling Nuno up after this game. Sarg starting for Norwich 1-0 up over Wrexham, Haji went 90 for Coventry, Horvath between the pipes with Wednesday up 2-0 over Portsmouth in the 50th
I figured that Leeds would eventually return to Aaronson as a starting XI piece once they realized that they needed that Top 99% "ground covered" metric for defensive purposes against the Champions League spot contenders. So him pushing back into the lineup against the likes of Fulham and Wolves is even better.
Not ya related but fan favorite fixture Nice Brest is going down. Brest up by 2 in YA News, Lund is not starting for cologne v ref bull randomly. They’re down 3-1 currently.
I may not have been clear. Malik does not look slow; He looks slower than he did at PSV because he may not yet be 100% recovered from his calf injury and he has not yet adjusted his speed of play to the higher level of the BuLi. We should have a great opportunity tomorrow (Sunday) to see Malik v Gio in the center of the park when Bayer takes on BMG..
At each of his clubs (national team as well), Malik has taken some time to adjust, then after that period of adjustment he ramps up to become one of the top players in the league. That is entirely possible in this scenario.
Local rag BRENDEN AARONSON Was a busybody, at dotted all around the frontline at one stage. Made a few good touches but also some dead choices. Was chastised by teammates or his manager of being either too erratic or too cautious. 6
Agyemang played the second half of Derby's 1-0 defeat at home to Preston, having 2 shots, one on target.
He's recovering from an op. So hopefully any underlying issue has been dealt with. Fulham appear to be playing UPS.
