Those two late Blackburn goals were huge for the top and bottom of the division.

1- My first comment wasn't about secondary stats, it was about results. Fact: Bournemouth have a better record this season when Adams doesn't play.

2- None of our guys who play in top leagues are "vital" players for their clubs. We have no starting keepers, no defensive leaders, no midfield creators, no lead-the-line forwards.

Our best guys are competent, work-rate players at good clubs.

I think the above is why the USMNT has been unimpressive during this generation. We have a team full of complementary players. No leaders, no difference makers.

Since Bournemouth acquired Adams, their record with him is far, far better than without him. Pulisic is critical for Milan. McKennie is critical for Juve in attack and defense. Balogun leads the line for Monaco. Richards is critical for Crystal Palace. It’s looking increasingly like Aaronson is critical for Leeds.

Yup, I figured it would be widely assumed at the time stamp that it was the implied present situation, but here we are. Some other posters are just notoriously as dense as they are cranky, but not our farm not our fight.

Regardless, quite the fortunate change of events for Middlesbrough. Ipswich still loom now though, game in hand and a massive goal differential.

Cologne and Hamburg tied 1-1, and Cologne are getting dragged precariously close to trouble

CURRENTLY Venezia and Sampdoria are 0-0 78th minute.

    ???

+/- would seem to be a solid way to measure a ball winning midfielder.

Why do you think it’s like Balogun’s save percentage, or Richards’ XG?

    Yes. Good info.
No. C’mon, Balogun and Pulisic and at least this year McKennie have all been vital.

Venezia-Sampdoria 0-0 FT. venezia lead down to 1, 5 points clear of third though. All and all, dont want to make famous last words, but looking at future schedule prognosis is looking good. Monza game away in two weeks from now is going to be a huge one.

Sampdoria breathe above relegation spots for the first time in a long time. Theyll be happy with that result.

Hard to believe that Nicholas Gioacchini was on Como for the 2023/2024 season.
They've gone so far in only two club seasons.

We do have an American in the Serie B relegation fight. Andrija Novakovich is at Reggiana!

I admit I don't make a practice of looking at the timestamp of posts but I'll make sure to do so with yours on a going forward basis because for some odd reason it would seem you post about ongoing matches as if they've already been completed.

Posting strong defensive numbers, Morris(DM in 4141) got the draw 1-1 against Bristol. Bro have been treading water, but Morris hasn't.

    72/78 passing
    3/4 long balls
    9 progressive carries
    10 recoveries

Leeds v CP yank off. It’s nigh unwatchable the most League 1 PL game I remember seeing ever. With better athletes.

and since Leeds have a missed PK and a harsh second yellow red, I imagine Aaronson’s house is getting spray painted. Or worse.

Forest and Fulham is also fairly unwatchable. Also 0-0 at the half.

Antonee Robinson has been his usual self.
    Looks healthy to me............................

On the broadcast they said this was his 150th game in the Premier League for Fulham.
