Only saw the FH of Betis v. Valencia. Johnny looked improved physically and emotionally. Over the longer term, I see him improving his speed and getting a little leaner. It's so interesting to see the set up at Betis because Johnny's partner in the 6 role is Guido who resembles Adams in his style. Vs. Valencia, Guido seemed to be playing vs Valencia's left wing against the ball with Johnny holding centre while, in possession, Johnny would venture forward a little more. It's almost exactly the way I see it playing out with USMNT, especially since the CAM for Betis is Isco who resembles Gio in style (we wish - I'm looking at you Gio).

Pulisic for sure. Reyna I’d imagine. Balogun has missed some penalties over his career so probably not him. We just have penalty shootouts so rarely and most our guys don’t take them with their club. The ones we had in the Gold Cup with the B team were the first we had in awhile
