Erstie rips a double. Halos go ahead in the 8th. Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Man, I hope they win. This series is a war. I believe I'm not overstating in when I say it has already been one of the most thrilling I've ever seen. The Yanks and Angels are both demonstrating tremendous ability and heart. 8-5, 8-6 and back and forth here in the third.

Hell, I thought the Halos were out of it in April. Oh, how I lamented.

As I write, Salmon pounds a 2 run bomb. Wow.

Dude, I'm a long suffering fan. I actually broke out some champagne :D. I was a total pessimist. I never thought the Angels would win. I started having Donnie Moore/Doug DeCinces flashbacks after Posada hit a solo shot off Brendan Donnelly. But, it's all over now!

What galled me (hey, I'm easily offended when it comes to this team) was that Jack Nicholson showed up in Anaheim--where he wouldn't otherwise be caught dead--pulling for the Yanks. Hope you had a great day, buddy! On the 5 heading back to Malibu after the Angels' 5th. The team made it easy and sent you home early. Stick with the Lake Show, punk ;).

Before the series started, I thought that the Angels were good enough to win the series in five games. But to do it in four games, winning three straight after what happened in game one, is nothing short of miraculous...
