I love how Rose keeps getting accolades, albeit debatable...:D
I honestly think she got player of the match solely because of that fancy footwork of hers that's gone viral. I mean I am not complaining, she's my favorite player so.:giggle:

She was embarrassed to get the SBC MVP trophy. She doesn't think she deserves it. However, that trophy looked awesome!

She was named to the NWSL Best XI in 2019 even though she only played six games out of a 24-game season and scored only one goal.

looks like Lyon & PSG will compete against one another as well in the Champion's League quarter finals(in less than two weeks from now).

watching the 2nd leg of Lyon vs Brondby, Maciano came in at the start of the 2nd half. Is effective within the first couple of minutes, but than fades for the rest of the game. Dunno if she's currently over hyped or just getting used to Lyon's system. Doesn't seem like their winger(Majri) cares to even pass to Macario
here's the full game replay(for anybody)

Looks like the Lyon vs PSG(Macario vs Cook)game slated for this Sunday has been postponed due to Covid
And it’s not like any of the players or staff got it; PSG apparently didn’t have any private transportation & didn’t want to risk using an public plane or bus to get to the away game(at least that’s my understanding of the French translation)

my bad, I took an French word fo tranportation mean't actually tranparency. Up to 3 PSG players tested postive. Here' an translated announcement from one of their players. There's a bit of controversy though as why PSG kept the news hidden for a few days

It gets even more controversial in how PSG back doored getting the game postponed. Seems there is a rule of 4 players/staff that is required to kick in per league rules that triggers action taken. Since there was only three cases, they went to another outside health agency to get game postponed. Probably affected some key player or players to take such action.

seems like a total mess now in all of Europe to due to Covid; PSG has been ordered now NOT to fly to Czech Republic for its return leg vs Prague/Sparta. They got an 5-0 lead, a usual forfeit is an 0-3 loss, but FIFA’s have an emergency meeting today since it’s hardly fair to Prague/Sparta(and this game needs to be finished by this week since the CL quarters start next week
Both Chelsea/Wolfsburg games have been moved to Budapest, Man City/Barca was moved to Italy, though that country just yesterday ordered a shutdown. Apparently only 8% of Europe is vaccinated, compared to over 25% in the US(or at least first shot)
    Stay tuned for daily changes

GK Ryann Torrero of Santiago Morning in Chile recently had a standout round in the Copa Libertadores Feminino. She gave up only 1 goal in 3 matches as they moved on to the quarters (and got smashed 7-0).

Not sure about the award, but sounds like a fan Twitter vote during the round:
