I've played some computer games, semi-competitively and I know it's a whole different setting and athleticism, but the mindset like Hugo's is just what the team needs to get, and every single one has to get it. So far I've seen, Oswaldo take it, he lost 10 lbs. just to be able to move faster, and "fly" more, and Guardado proves it every time on the field. Salcido had it, now he looks confused as shit, so is Osorio. Pavel seems to want to be the leader, Nery is too egotistic, Cua is just a veteran that throws his tantrums, but plays well for 20-30 mins. Bofo doesn't have that mentality, doesn't try his hardest, I don't know what's wrong with him. Bravo tries hard, but not hard enough to be the best, same goes for Fonseca. I'm sure I'm missing many others, but so far Oswaldo, Guardado, Torrado(I know, I hate the ********er, but he seems to get Hugo) and Arce seem to have gotten somewhat of the idea of the team, the rest seem to think that Hugo's mentality and decisions aren't the best for them..
