He should do well at Galatasaray.

Hope we don't see him next year in the Champion's League. And how's that for optimism!

  4. Sure, it's easy (and accurate) to slag on some of his last performances for the Reds earlier this season.

But I won't forget his goal--in the Derby--after only 15 minutes on the pitch as a Red (after having come to us from Everton, and never scoring as a Bluenose). A good moment to remember, now that he looks to be on his way to Gala.

    Bon voyage, Santa.

It would be an unforgettable contribution that, yes.

If only it had been him and not Nicky Barmby. ;)

Xavier's goal came in his debut, but it was against Ipswich, not the Bluenoses.

  7. Ooops.

Guess there's no reason to miss him, then. :)

  8. Yeah, that's it. That's what I meant.

I wonder if he can say Ho-ho-ho in Turkish?

Does this mean Marcus Babbel is fit enough to cover for Jamie Carragher at right back or does Gerard Houllier have something else up his sleeve??
