At halftime of the Chivas-DC game during Wynalda's yellow card/ red card segment, he gives the us women's team a yellow card.. "Shannon Boxx has a bad knee, Abby wambach has a broken toe, they'll be playing North Korea in the opening game, so watch out they better not take this North Korean team for granted." First of all, Boxx is 100% back, second, Abby's toe injury is minor and was weeks ago, and third, this US team never takes anything for granted. They are one of the best prepared teams all time not only physically, but mentally as well. They know full well how good this North Korean team is. One of the players (or was it the coach himself) even went so far as to say the North Koreans are the best in Asia right now. Wynalda, what the hell are you talking about? Is this some sort of plug for the opening game or something? If so, why the hell would you give them a 'yellow card'?
