I think they would STRONGLY prefer to have that sort of thing at one of the domes. On the very remote chance of severe weather they would loose millions.

Well, that answers that Wrestlemania 9 was outdoors at Caeser's Palace. I think they'll be in Houston, they could get 40,000 more people in that stadium than HDC.
