Harkin falls all the way to the 6th round. I think that is a great pickup for Chicago this late in the draft.

Edit: Oops wrong team. I saw Chicago tweet it and thought it was their pick. Correction....great pick for Gold Pride who are having a really good draft.

This twitter and forum stuff to follow the draft is [insert your favorite phrase].

Is it that hard to have a page of picks that refreshes? Can a monkey not do that?

I guess if you had one forum page with just one poster and that poster kept editing his own list over and over as the selections came up.

Who'd have bet that Gabarra would wait until the 5th round to pick a Freedom W-Leaguer? Anyhow, she was one of our best amateur defenders in 2009.

So, what do the WPS folks know about DiMartino no. 2 that the rest of us don't? I am *really* surprised she hasn't been picked. By this point, no one has even taken a flier on her.

Me, too. I wonder if she registered for the draft. Maybe she doesn't want to play pro or maybe she has a specific team she wants to try out for.

@ATLBeat trades Mallori Lofton-Malochi to @wpsphilly2010 in exchange for Carrie Patterson. #WPS

This is after LA & Boston trade a pick for "future considerations."

Okkkkaaaayyyyyy, why didn't Philly and Atlanta just take those two players to begin with?

    GM Resume'......

Made major late round trade in 2010 draft. Forgot to draft the player and someone else took them, so I had to make the trade for someone they meant to draft.

Trade: @skybluefc trades their 7th round pick, #62 overall to @wpsphilly2010 in exchange for Jenifer Anzivino. #WPS

@Cville KC maybe they discovered that both players had a couch to crash on in the other city?

How could anyone not want someone named "Fiona O'Sullivan" on their soccer team?

In other news, kool-aide is not a fan of parents naming their children *very* similar names.

Caitlin Farrell of Wake Forest is Philly's next pick.

Don't feel bad - I was thinking the same thing. Still need three more sets of twins to match the WUSA, unless I've missed something.
