Having played both, I think I would rather have MLS extra time 2003. WE6 is definately the better game, but not by as much as some would like you to believe. So given the choice of a great game with Euro clubs or a slightly less great game with clubs from my Country, I'll go with MLS.

    WE6.

I'll buy any soccer game available for the PS2, but if I'm asked to choose between the best game with a lot of clubs and/or leagues, and a very good game with one league, I'll take the former.

I'm not concerned about where that league is- I'm too much a fan of the Game to allow nationalism to cloud my vision. Give me the best game available, and let's hope MLS raises its standards so that it can someday be included in that game.

actually MLS e************************ 2002 has a bunch of south american and mexican teams too but i see your point.

i just hate the master league, it bugs the hell out of me.

I love the MLS but I'll take Pro Evolution Soccer 2.

Master League is great and cancels out not having the MLS. I am hoping Sega Sports, now having the ESPN license does something. Their NFL 2K3 is the greatest football game ever and I believe they would do a good job with an MLS title.

Yeah, but aren't some of those teams just knock offs of real sides...like the one called La Boca or whatever??

Anyway, I just got MLS Ex+ratime and I like it, but I still haven't figured out how to dummy the ball. I have a Gamecube, by the way...

MLS definately for me. As much as I love Europe and the smooth gameplay of WE6, there's nothing like being at a Crew match and then going home and reliving that via videogame. Plus, MLS Et 2002 is no joke as far as gameplay goes.

i would choose WE6 as i alrdy have it. i havent played MLS e************************ though. for anyone who has played both what are the differences? e************************ doesnt have master league? that must suck as it is very fun i think. if e************************ had A LOT of mexican n south american teams from the peruvian, ecuadorian, argentinian, and brazilian leagues i'd probably get it. winning eleven is a great game and i cant wait till march when it actually comes to the US so i can hear it in english instead of japanese. and for whoever wanted to know how to dumby the ball, if its the same as WE6 it will be the sprint button.

yes. but they have the players from those teams. They are spelled one letter differently than their real names.

I would prefer 3 divisions of the english premeirship than the fictional master league.
