Not true. Scandinavia was as mellow as it got when I travelled there. Of course, I spoke Norwegian, so that helped. You'll be fine. How in goodness's name do you plan on visiting all those countries in 3 weeks? Enjoy. I miss the continent. BTW, Lazio and Roma suck.
