Worst to have on your team: either because of their playing style or bad attitude, disrupting team moral

    -------------Lehmann
    BenHaim - Ferdinand - Materazzi - A. Cole
    ---------- Van Bommel
    CRonaldo--Cesc--Riquelme- Lampard
    --------------Henry

I'd take Fabregas and Lampard out and replace them with Barton and Bellamy, and I don't know what you have against MvB.

I don't see how either Ferdinand (if you are referring to Rio) or Ronaldo merit inclusion in your XI. Care to explain your selections?

I think its just the fact they are the two biggest faces at one of if not the biggest club in Europe.

(Rio) I don't like his style of defending. He's talented, yes, but not one of the best in the world like people claim. I would take a Nesta or K. Toure any day of the week. As for Fabregas, he has a horrible attitude, bad tackles, doesn't track back well when he loses the ball, basically a poor man's Inieta. Riquelme is also a smart player but his attitude, his lack of hustle, and diva personality ruins team unity. Finally, Ronaldo even though one of the most talented, still tries to do too much instead of making the easy pass...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yQOSmTPrTGY&mode=related&search=

I don't see how you can penalise Ferdinand for his playing style while at the same time praising Toure and Nesta, as they are all very similar in how they play. I also disagree with your claims that Ferdinand is not one of the best around. He is a very good defender and more complete than most. He has performed at the top level for countless years and done so with less than brilliant team mates. He's a key player for club and country.

As for Ronaldo, his goal and assist figures from last season comprehensively prove your point completely incorrect.

Your entire XI and reasoning make little sense.

That's exactly what it is and what I said in the beginning, worst in their playing style/attitude/team moral, not necessarily the worst skilled. Try to keep up Teso

It is you who needs to 'keep up' as your team selection does not even meet your own ridiculous criteria, as I detailed above.

Try to comprehend what is going on. These are not the worst talented, but the worst imo to have as teammates or playing style. I think that Ballack statement has seaped into your head.

I'll take a defender who can hold up a back line, AND push forward when needed to, any day.

It is you who cannot comprehend what is going on. Try reading what I posted instead of continuing your pathetic whining. The standard of newbie has been really poor recently.

"In the other thread you listed Ballack as one of the 50 best, did you not? And left out Zidane"
    Teso: "Indeed I did"

Can you read that clearly enough, Teso? Kind of feel ridiculous now, huh?

One of the 50 of my generation and as I stated, I fully explained all of that at the time I made the post. You need to get over this personal vendetta and start contributing to discussions instead of simply pulling up something from the past (that was not only before you joined BS but also something you clearly know little about) and then laughably attempting to use it to attack me. You made a fool of yourself with this entire thread and I explained why. Stop trying to deflect attention away from youself and deal with it.

looking at this thread it looks like it has been hastily put together just to try and get a reaction out of certain people (teso for one).

a poor thread and a poor attempt at baiting.

Both incorrect, intended for people to post their worst team players (including ones that are overrated or hard to have as teammates). Teso follows my posts from discussion to discussion in a poor attempt to attack them individually, its quite pathetic, but he has only managed to make himself look foolish in the process.

You are the one that looks foolish in all of this, my friend. Teso has been spot on with everything he's said. And for the record I would leave Zidane out of my top 50 as well.
