I can see how we might think this trying to summarize the game so soon after it ends, in a game after all that Germany wound up winning going away 3-0. But this is wrong. Germany's 2nd goal, which was a beauty, came against the run of play. North Korea had those two back-to-back dangerous chances in the box, including the one on which Angerer made that diving save - one of the best of the Cup. I'm pouncing on this because it doesn't give North Korea enough credit for the fine game they played and because it understates the difficulty Germany had in this match. Germany was in a lot of trouble here and Angerer may have saved the tournament for them. Norway, the US, and Brazil may learn something from this. And North Korea is for real.
