World Soccer Yearbook: Q1 & Q2!!!

    Yes, both Santino and Eliseo are profiled in the "100 Rising Stars" portion of the World Soccer Yearbook 2002! That gives us 66% of the world's rising stars whose last name begins with the letter Q.

    Also of interest is Galin Ivanov's decent, but not great, appearance record with the Bulgarian nats. Not to confuse him with Bisar Ivanov, Georgi Ivanov, or even Ditmar Ivankov.

    convey got it last year or the year before or something like that.

    Vaca, Convey, Beasley and Donovan were all on the list last season....

    The funny thing about this list is that it is done alphabetically by player but that didn't stop Ty "I do my homework" Keough from saying on a national tv MLS broadcast that Beasley and Convey were both named 2 of the top 10 promising youth players by World Soccer Magazine..
