The winner won't be announced until the next issue of World Soccer magazine. Which won't be out for another 3 weeks or so.

And how can anyone vote for Real Madrid for team of the year. They won La Liga, but that's it.

PLAYER: PAVEL NEDVED. I don't like Juve, but Nedved was great for club and country.

TEAM: AC MILAN. They won the big dance. Nuff' said.

COACH: PETER REID. It takes real talent to lead two seperate teams (Leeds and Sunderland) to the bottom of the EPL table!

REAL COACH: CARLOS BIANCHI. He won the Copa Libertadores, almost won the Clausura with the reserve squad.

If you want to read something funny read this :D
    http://www.skysports.com/skysports/article/0,,31-1114812,00.html
It's French magazine Onze Mondial's world awards for the year. It's funny enough that they have David Beckham higher than Pavel Nedved. But what takes the cake is that they voted Arsene Wenger coach of the year, LOL :D The same man who crashed out of the CL and choked a huge lead in the Premiership last year. What a joke.
