World Cup Ticketing Part VI

Ok, so for some reason I can't see the individual tickets I bought when I login to FIFA. Only things I see are the TSTs I purchased in the first sales phase. I got the email confirmations, card was charged and everything went through. But I got 2 match 1 tix because first time it said it didnt go thru but infact did and I want to put it on resale.

Any one else experiencing this?

Im getting worried... got awesome SF tickets (row 1) got to the payment page and everything and after i clicked the page went blank (

it says i dont have ANY tickets... which i know is wrong cos i have a set from an earlier phase :/ dunno if i should be trying to get a duplicate set at this point or not

Can I purchase tickets to a game I already have for a guest if they become available?

That particular link only shows tickets you've bought in this phase.

 

In this phase, previous tickets bought do not count. You can buy another 10 for any game. ;-)

 

Everything seems to be working well again

I just picked up two additional tickets (Esp-Hon) for some friends who don't have credit cards (the more I think about it, the more I realize how screwed up FIFA is in demanding credit card payment when so many Africans, especially outside South African, don't have them).

Semi-finals are available now.

So my friend went to the ticketing center in Cape Town today to pick up tickets for me. I am a dual citizen of the US and the Netherlands, and had applied for tickets with both passports. However, when he went, they were only able to find tickets for him on the American passport (despite the fact that I gave him the confirmation which went with the Dutch one). I'm thinking that maybe I wrote the passport number incorrectly in my application. Does anyone know if there is anywhere that I can check/change the number I put in?

Also I ordered Category 4 tickets (when the last sales phase started the resale site directed me without asking my country, and I picked category 4 since they were the cheapest). Will this be a problem?

I was able to purchase final tickets today's morning but I got this message:
"You have exceeded the maximum number of payment attempts and the request has been cancelled. Please try again"

Can I do something with this? Maybe calling Fifa?

hello,
I bought two tickets today: Mexico vs France and Mexico vs Uruguay. I won't be able to attend the world cup because i cant find a cheap plane ticket. Will FIFA give refunds. My credit card has already been charged.
If so how do I go about that?

Tons more tickets just appeared. Cat 4's have reappeared where previously sold out.

The final is also "Currently Not Available" for all categories, when earlier it was sold out Cat. 2 & 3.
