World Cup Draw Time

i know this event takes place at 2 o clock eastern time. but on the channel that its going to be on, it says its showing from 2-4. Can someone tell me why this is going to take 2 hours to draw groups?

Most of the show is just presentations and entertainment crap. That's why ESPN's broadcast starts at 3 PM.

Yeah, but its not a video feed its a match-tracker type thing.
